In preparation for being a fruitful small group facilitator at Eastmont Church this year, I look forward to serving Christ, our leaders and our church family in a way that builds up Jesus’ church in a unified way and to that end I commit to valuing, protecting and cultivating community by:
     1: Participating in the Fall Facilitator Training as well as the other nuanced trainings for my particular type of small group
     2: Agreeing with Eastmont’s statement of faith & being unified in Eastmont's distinctives (see Eastmontchurch.com and click on "about" to view distinctives and statement of faith there)
     3: Staying teachable as leaders faithfully mentor me and pray for me
     4: Completing a background check from Checkr (unless already completed through another Eastmont ministry
